The Firm represents and counsels our clients and insureds in all facets of the Amusement Industry. We have successfully tried a multitude of cases to verdict involving attractions in family entertainment centers, including, but not limited to, go karts, rock walls, and laser tag. We have successfully defended our water park clients in cases related to slides, tubes, water related play areas, as well as other aspects of the parks. We understand and have a solid foundation in industry standards in addition to the governing bodies of the industry that establish the guidelines applicable to our clients and insureds. We have successfully litigated and negotiated Administrative Complaints with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
