The Firm has a specialty in Premises Liability Litigation. We have successfully tried to verdict and mediated well over a thousand cases involving premises liability claims, including, but not limited to, claims involving slip and falls, trip and falls, negligent security, faulty or dangerous conditions, transitory substances, as well as faulty property design and defects.
